New year's re-solutions.
I think my main goal in the coming year will be to find healthier ways of giving in to my indulgences.
Example: I love the burst of energy I get from drinking copious amounts of caffeine, particularly coffee. Instead, I can start my day with a 30 minute walk or jog around my neighborhood and have NO coffee. Or maybe jus’ a lil’ guy.
